Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing and Sales Representative to join our team in Orange County. As a veteran-friendly organization, we strongly encourage veterans and mil-spouses to apply for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Sell digital and print advertising space for the magazine, newsletter, and website.
- Increase subscriber numbers.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the magazine to target audiences.
- Identify and pursue new avenues for the magazine to reach and engage with veterans.
- Expand our presence and engagement on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Attend conferences, events, and networking opportunities to represent U.S. Veteran Magazine and build relationships with clients and partners.
Qualifications:
- Military veteran or mil-spouse.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Forward-thinking and resourceful, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
