Jose Torres advises and helps entrepreneurs, executives in transition and investors realize the benefits and opportunities that franchising offers. Jose, specializes in helping both individuals find franchise concepts and existing franchises expand and grow their franchise brand with qualified individuals and groups.

Dr. Angélica Herrera Muñoz is Executive President of the Latin American-African Chamber of Commerce and a member of the G20 Women’s Working Group. She is the founder of COEX Corporation and the Latin American Network of Speakers, Country Chair of Global Networking in Colombia, and Vice President of the Global Mentoring Network for Asia and Africa. She is an international speaker, has participated as a speaker for entities such as the IDB, is a postgraduate professor, has traveled to more than 50 countries around the world, has been interviewed by CNN en Español, and is also an external consultant for ProColombia, embassies, and commercial offices.
With more than 18 years of experience in foreign trade, she has led the internationalization of agro-industrial products, manufacturing, chemicals, services, etc., connecting producers, companies, and institutions in Latin America, Africa, Asia, and Europe. With over a decade of administrative, operational and leadership experience in different types of environments that range from international non-profit organizations to private corporations, Cesar has focused on international business and trade with significant input to the service sector. Specifically, he has worked on market development and service management for Latin America and Europe.
Cesar’s work with Global Chamber® has allowed him to interact a lot more with markets like Asia, Africa and North America as collectively the team is in process to build the first truly global business community. Back in Puerto Rico, his main goal is to put the island on the map of global business and to open more opportunities for the improvement of the economy there during the years to come.
