  Kassandra Ayala-Najera – Founder of Embracing Kulture™

  Kassandra Ayala-Najera is a first-generation Mexican Canadian who has built a dynamic career as a multilingual and multiculturalism educator, communications specialist, speaker, and author.

  She is the founder of Embracing Kulture™, a global initiative dedicated to empowering individuals to embrace and express their cultural identities, while promoting the value of multiculturalism. The initiative also encourages organizations to view diversity as a strength rather than a challenge in the workplace. Through Embracing Kulture Magazine™ people from around the world share their experiences with multiculturalism and the impact it has had on their lives.

  Kassandra holds advanced degrees, including a Master of Education with a specialization in Teaching and Learning, and a Master of Arts in Spanish. With her M.Ed. and M.A., she brings both academic understanding and lived experience to her work. Her journey taught her that success isn’t about fitting into one box, it’s about bringing all your experiences to the table. Now, she guides others to do the same.

   

  

  Basile Lemba – Creator of the Science of Networking and “Networking for Profits”, a program approved by George Mason University

  Basile Lemba is a Cameroonian-born entrepreneur, author, and networking expert based in Fairfax, Virginia. He is best known as the founder of BL Networking Institute, Creator of the Science of Networking, “Networking for Profits”, a program approved by George Mason University and BL Networking Breakfast Club. His initiatives are designed to teach and systematize professional networking as a practical skill for business and personal growth.

  César Trabanco – Vice President of Business Services at Global Chamber®.

  With over a decade of administrative, operational and leadership experience in different types of environments that range from international non-profit organizations to private corporations, Cesar has focused on international business and trade with significant input to the service sector. Specifically, he has worked on market development and service management for Latin America and Europe.

  Cesar’s work with Global Chamber® has allowed him to interact a lot more with markets like Asia, Africa and North America as collectively the team is in process to build the first truly global business community. Back in Puerto Rico, his main goal is to put the island on the map of global business and to open more opportunities for the improvement of the economy there during the years to come.
