Speakers:

Donna Eastman Liddle is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience across nonprofit and for-profit sectors. She served for twelve years as a Chamber of Commerce President & CEO and has been an active business and community leader at both local and state levels for over two decades. Donna holds the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management (IOM) certification in nonprofit work and brings deep expertise in economic development, Main Street and downtown revitalization, finance, grant writing, workforce development, events, sales, and tourism marketing. Her broad, cross-sector background positions her to address complex business and community challenges with both strategic insight and operational discipline.
Donna currently works for Moonshot® an award winning nonprofit organization that has served entrepreneurs for 25 years. She recently earned the Entrepreneurship Center Management (ECM) certification from the International Business Innovation Association (InBIA), a leading credential for professionals supporting incubators, accelerators, and entrepreneurial ecosystems. In addition to her executive career, Donna is an entrepreneur and professional artist with 30 years of experience in watercolor painting. She owns Eastman Fine Art Studio and is a signature member of the Arizona Watercolor Association. Her artistic work has extended into children’s book illustration, including It Must Be Mary Margaret and The Adventures of Mary Margaret by Nina Devor, as well as The Bandage Queen by Marsha Granberry.
Donna’s creative background informs her leadership approach, fostering innovation, adaptability, and thoughtful problem-solving. She believes that meaningful progress is rooted in collaboration and actively seeks to build connections that strengthen organizations, communities, and the individuals they serve.
