Overall for EDs, keep in mind the keys to success for any chapter…

  1. Advisory Board – Ideally 20+ leaders, and find someone positive and well connected who can serve as the board chair.
  2. Regular Meetings/Events – Always have one or more events scheduled and on your calendar. Have an annual plan.
  3. Members and Prospects – Ask lots of questions about their successes and challenges… and find good ways to help.
