James Huang, a visionary leader with over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, has been named Managing Director of RESAAS Commercial. Renowned for his success in brokerage, investment, and scaling global operations, James previously founded and led eXp Commercial, building it into a thriving platform. At RESAAS—a global real estate technology company serving nearly 700,000 agents in over 160 countries—he will drive innovation, growth, and strategic initiatives by leveraging RESAAS’s powerful referral network, market intelligence tools, and data-driven insights to elevate agent success worldwide.

Ellen Hsu RI – Executive Managing Director and Managing Principal at Prominent Real Estate Services and Promont Management

Ellen is the Founder and Executive Managing Director for Prominent Real Estate Services and Managing Principal for Promont Management with a distinguished career in the commercial and residential real estate industry. Drawing on her expertise from various leadership roles at both publicly traded companies and non-profit organizations, she combines a unique blend of skills from both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. She is recognized as an industry leader both locally and internationally having received multiple awards and earned numerous prestigious designations.

In addition to her real estate practice, she currently serves as the Director for the CCIM Foundation and Director for the CCIM Institute; Member for REIBC Professional Conduct Committee; Member for REIC National Advisory Council; and member of the Professional Conduct Committee for GVR.

Ellen received her Master of Real Estate degree from Texas A&M University and her Master of Science in Finance and Economics degree from West Texas A&M University. She also received the following designations: the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member); Acc.Dir (Accredited Director); CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager); FRI (Fellow of Real Estate Institute); and RI.
