Jose Torres advises and helps entrepreneurs, executives in transition and investors realize the benefits and opportunities that franchising offers. Jose, specializes in helping both individuals find franchise concepts and existing franchises expand and grow their franchise brand with qualified individuals and groups.

His clients on the individual side are aspiring or existing entrepreneurs who need assistance in finding a business model that will achieve their income and lifestyle goals. Jose also works with investment groups, successful companies / operators who view the franchise business model as a strategy to grow and expand. His clients on the franchise side are typically both developing and established franchise concepts with a solid business model who are looking for assistance in expanding their presence on a national scale.

Jose is also Principal / Partner of Hispanic Franchise Online Corp, which co-owns and operates BuscaTuFranquicia.com, a marketplace for franchise opportunities for Hispanics.

Prior to joining FranNet as Managing Partner, he served as an advisor, investor and operating partner to early stage companies who franchised their business concepts in the food and beverage sector. During his 20+ year career, Jose has held domestic and international senior executive positions in Fortune 500 Firms in the consumer goods and food and beverage sectors.

Ben Salebaigi – Manager, Business Development US & Canada at Xe.com

As a BDM at Xe.com (Part of Euronet Worldwide NASDAQ: EEFT), I’m passionate about helping North American businesses navigate the complexities of international payments and foreign exchange. I work closely with companies and investment firms to optimize their FX strategies, reduce costs, and mitigate risk related to volatile currency markets.

In August 2025, I relocated from our Toronto office to our NAM HQ in Irvine, California to build + lead a corporate sales team of SDRs and BDMs.

With over a decade of administrative, operational and leadership experience in different types of environments that range from international non-profit organizations to private corporations, Cesar has focused on international business and trade with significant input to the service sector. Specifically, he has worked on market development and service management for Latin America and Europe.

Cesar’s work with Global Chamber® has allowed him to interact a lot more with markets like Asia, Africa and North America as collectively the team is in process to build the first truly global business community. Back in Puerto Rico, his main goal is to put the island on the map of global business and to open more opportunities for the improvement of the economy there during the years to come.
