Hammond Burke – Founder and CEO at Shelcaster, Inc. 

Hammond Burke is a media-technology entrepreneur, software engineer, and media producer with more than 27 years of experience building digital platforms and broadcast technologies. He is the Founder and CEO of Shelcaster, Inc., a Texas-based company developing streaming infrastructure and media management platforms designed to help creators, broadcasters, and organizations distribute content globally.

Burke began his career as a web developer and software engineer during the early growth of the commercial internet. Over the years he has contributed to enterprise technology initiatives for major organizations including Chase, JCPenney, Intuit, and Michaels Stores, where he worked on large-scale systems supporting complex business operations and millions of users.

Well before online video streaming became mainstream, Burke began exploring how internet technologies could transform media distribution. In 2004, years before platforms such as YouTube, Facebook Live, and modern streaming services emerged, he developed early internet broadcasting solutions that enabled churches to stream services online. This work led to the creation of the Church of Christ Broadcast Network (COCBN), an early effort that allowed congregations to reach audiences far beyond their local communities through emerging digital media technology.

Building on this early experience in streaming and digital broadcasting, Burke founded Shelcaster, Inc. to develop scalable media technologies that simplify content distribution and empower independent creators and organizations to reach global audiences. His work combines deep expertise in software engineering with hands-on experience in media production, giving him a unique perspective on the future of streaming, digital broadcasting, and creator-driven media ecosystems.

Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Burke now lives in Allen, Texas, where he continues to lead the development of Shelcaster’s next generation of media technology platforms.

In addition to her corporate endeavors, Stefanie serves as the Executive Director of Global Chamber Dallas-Fort Worth, fostering global business opportunities and connecting professionals worldwide. A lifelong servant leader, she has dedicated years to mentoring youth, supporting underserved communities, and serving in various church roles.

Stefanie is also a best-selling author, with works including My Will or His Will – Learning a Life to Surrender and My Will or His Will – Who is Your GPS? Inspired by nature and her faith, she continues to write devotionals that encourage readers to navigate life’s challenges with grace and trust in God.
