Supplier Diversity Manager for ASE Direct, Inc.
Jason Hill was born in Norfolk, VA to Vietnam Veteran Alfred L. Hill, Sr and Geraldine J. Hill, but was raised in Nashville, TN. Hill received a full athletic scholarship to play football at Vanderbilt University. Hill graduated in 1997 with a BS in Corporate Psychology, and later completed his Master’s in Public Service Management from Cumberland University.
Hill is currently the Supplier Diversity Manager for ASE Direct, Inc. ASE is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) based out of Brentwood, TN. ASE strives to be a data-driven company that provides industry-leading, high-demand products, services, and solutions to drive significant savings and growth for our clients, partners, and stakeholders. Through superior customer service, ASE has received the Inc., 500 Award five years in a row, the Largest Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business in Tennessee by the Nashville Business Journal for two consecutive years, and the HealthTrust Supplier Diversity Award in 2019.
Hill brings 10-plus years of experience in supplier diversity initiatives and compliance reporting. In this role, Hill will design diverse supplier engagement strategies, engage in cross-business inclusion initiatives, and integrate best supplier diversity practices for ASE.
Hill remains active in Vanderbilt’s Black and Gold Alumni Club. Hill is a devoted father of identical twin boys, Harper and Garrison Hill. When he is not spending time with his boys Hill enjoys various hobbies such as golf and firearm training.
Jason Hill is a proud descendant of a Vietnam War Veteran. To honor his father he is going to represent the State of Tennessee as a State Manager for the NVBDC 50 State JROTC Scholarship Program.

ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMA vital part of the program is the concept of providing our Veterans a platform to engage with our younger generation and showing them the value of service to our country and each other.
The Scholarship provides funds to an individual within a Veteran family who is enrolled in a ROTC program while attending a High School or Higher Education Institution in the United States.
