The NVBDC recently named Charles R. Walgreen the Illinois State Manage. Charles is CEO & President of Walgreen Health Solutions a FDA, ISO 13485 medical device manufacture that specializes in International Patented wound care prevention and treatment products.
Charles has extensive Health Care experience with 20 plus years at Walgreen Co., taking over and building shareholder equity in publicly traded Medifast, Inc. (MED). Charles is a graduate of Drake University, Bachelor of Science and University of Notre Dame, Master in Business. Charles served in the US Marine Corps from 1980-1986 assigned to 3rd Battalion. Completed Basic Airborne at Fort Benning received Gold Wings at Camp LeJuene. Completed Marine Combat Water Survival Instructor assigned to 3rd Marine Logistics Group, Okinawa Japan.
