The NVBDC recently named Demetrius L. Flowers the Georgia State Manager. Demetrius is the CEO & Cofounder of Creative Content Development Group, LLC and serves as a Special Agent with the Department of Homeland Security, Office of Inspector General.
Demetrius L. Flowers was born and raised in Chicago Illinois, on the Southside in the Englewood community; and currently resides in the greater Atlanta area. At the age of 18 Demetrius joined the United States Marine Corps, obtaining the Rank of Sergeant (SGT), serving 8 years prior to being Honorably Discharged. Demetrius obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Park University, while serving in the Marine Corps and later obtained his Master of Science Degree in Public Safety Leadership from Capella University. In 2004, Demetrius became a Special Agent with the Department of Homeland Security and has conducted criminal investigations throughout the world on behalf of the United States Government. Demetrius has an extensive background in training, leadership, operational management and Solutions Architecture.
In January 2017, Demetrius transitioned his love for training, leadership and operational management into a business he Cofounded, headquartered in Kennesaw, GA. To date, Demetrius is CEO & Cofounder of Creative Content Development Group (CCD); a Custom eLearning (Online Course) Development Company, specializing in designing and developing interactive and engaging Online Training and Educational Courses / Modules for the Business and Educational sectors.
