Arkansas State Manager
Ryan is Co-Founder and CEO of LRM RiverValley Marketing. He and his wife, Lara, has 2 children , Matthew, who is 5 years old, and Skylar is 3 months old. In March of 2016 Lara and Ryan created LRM RiverValley Marketing, with the hope of being the premier Marketing Agency for small businesses in the Northwest Arkansas and River Valley Regions. Through the years, Ryan would hone his skills in web and graphic design to be able to offer a wider range of services. Ryan and Lara are also currently working on several other projects that will be released in the near future.

ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMA vital part of the program is the concept of providing our Veterans a platform to engage with our younger generation and showing them the value of service to our country and each other.
The Scholarship provides funds to an individual within a Veteran family who is enrolled in a ROTC program while attending a High School or Higher Education Institution in the United States.

STUDENT BIOGRAPHY
Tina Tran is a senior at Northside High School of Fort Smith, Arkansas. She is not only a member of the National Honor Society, but also a proud member of the Junior Leadership Academy Class of 2020 She is entering her third year with the Northside JROTC program as a Company Commander and Commander of the State Championship Rifle Team. She is also entering her third year as a member of the Northside Band, Northside’s Mentor Leadership Program, FBLA, and HOSA.
Outside of school, she is an active member of the Noble 8 Lion Dance of Fort Smith, Arkansas. Tina would like to thank all of her wonderful and supportive teachers, who inspired her love of helping others and hopes to further pursue it by becoming a nurse. She plans to attend the University of Arkansas Fort Smith to pursue a Bachelors of Science in Nursing after high school.
