National Certification Management System (NCMS) for Veteran Owned Businesses Launched
From Keith King, President, National Veteran Business Development Council
The National Veteran Business Development Council (NVBDC) the leading third party certification organization for Veteran Owned Businesses has launched its National Certification Management Systems (NCMS). The NCMS provides Service Disabled and Veteran Owned Businesses (SDVOB/VOBs) and Sponsors with an easy and intuitive web based interface to complete the certification process. The NCMS provides a fast, accurate, and reliable way for SDVOB/VOBs, sponsors and employers to process, review and share SDVOB/VOBs certifications. The system also provides processes to the NVBDC users such as Certification Admins, Account Admins and Contractors to manage and approve the applications as well as assign tasks to team members using a simple workflow.
The NCMS application is made possible with a combination of very capable user interface, sophisticated middleware (logic/processes/workflow), persistent data store, scalable cloud based services and a variety of custom and third party backend services. The NCMS is a web-based application hosted in the cloud, accessible via the browser over a secure (https) connection.
“We are proud to announce that NCMS has been launched and available now with the data of our currently certified SDVOB/VOBs. All of us at the NVBDC are extremely grateful for our corporate and individual sponsors and donors and especially those who have used our system to find and employ our certified and reliable SDVOB/VOBs. Without these critically beneficial partnerships none of our accomplishments would have been possible and opportunities for our certified SDVOB/VOBs would be lagging.
